Norway and the EU
Commercial communication in Norway must comply with the Marketing Control Act (markedsføringsloven), including rules against misleading advertising. Food supplements fall under food law; the Norwegian Food Safety Authority (Mattilsynet) supervises food and supplement safety and labeling. Nutrition and health claims in the EEA are governed by Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006; only authorized claims may be used on labels and in marketing for the relevant nutrient, amount, and product.

Website copy avoids guarantees, “cures,” disease references, and before/after promises. Where nutrient roles are mentioned, we refer to authorized EU claims that may appear on packaging for qualifying products, and we state that the physical label controls. Botanical ingredients are not described as medicines.
